REFUND POLICY
***AS A SMALL BOUTIQUE WE OFFER NO REFUNDS SO PLEASE SHOP WITH CARE ON OUR SITE.***
Eligible items may be returned for store credit ONLY.
Swimsuits, Bodysuits, Sale Items and Accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with product tags attached. A store credit in the form of an e-gift card will be issued to the email on file once your returned item is received, approved, and processed. The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
ANY ORDERS OVER $100.00 will REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION UPON DELIVERY. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME. WE CAN SHIP TO CANADA WITH QUOTE.
Once we receive your order, we may require additional information to verify the transaction. If additional information is required, you will be contacted via email or phone; please provide a valid phone number/email address that we may contact you in case of any issues or delays regarding your order. In the case that additional information is required your order will be held until we receive your verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website will be passed to you upon departure of your package from our office. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped. In case of loss, please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number for all claims. You will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen, or missing. No refunds will be issued. Please note in comment section if you choose to receive signature confirmation.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided to us with your order. You can use the tracking number to locate your package.
Delayed Shipping
Please be aware that once we have shipped your package there may be shipping delays due to holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. These cases are rare but relevant.
